A public hearing will be held to consider the adoption of updated fire prevention service fees intended to support the District’s fire  safety programs. These services include plan review, inspections, permit processing, vegetation management oversight, code enforcement, and other fire prevention activities that help protect residents, businesses, and property throughout the community. The proposed fee adjustments are designed to more accurately reflect the actual cost of providing these specialized services while ensuring the District can continue to meet state and local fire safety requirements.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the hearing and provide comments regarding the proposed ordinance. The Board of Directors will review the proposed fee schedule, receive public input, and consider adoption of Ordinance 2026-05 during the scheduled meeting. Additional information, including the proposed ordinance and fee schedule, will be made available prior to the hearing date on the District’s website and at the District administrative office.
